  The office staff arent helpful in the slightest, have had many issues with them: flooding, rent payments they said were paid late but were NOT.. Even after making mistakes about rent seems like the staff has attitudes even though THEY were in the wrong. Flooding has happened here 2 times (SEVERE FLOODING) cars stuck in 3 feet of water and instead of offering any assistance they basically tell you its not their problem and figure it out yourself:/ Great customer service, when it was their street on THEIR property that flooded and made my husband miss work and my children miss school.. Awful Awful Awful not the way you treat a customer/resident of 10 years!!! I would give 0 stars but it makes you leave one:)
